Brittany Barnhill

Executive Pastor

I accepted Jesus Christ as my Savior at the young age of 5 and from there, being in a Christian home and Christian school, I learned and grew each day about what believing in Jesus and living for him truly meant. I graduated from Faith Christian High School in 2008 and attended Regis University for one year and Colorado Christian for the last 3 years of college, where I graduated with a Bachelor’s in Psychology. I got married in September of 2012 to my husband Chad and we now have two beautiful blessings = Zoey and Cal. I always thought I would go into counseling but God allowed me to be a stay at home mom and get my real estate license for the first couple of years of my babies’ lives. Now I am so blessed to work at Grace Church with the amazing people who step out and step up to either host small groups or join a small group. It has been so cool to watch, support, and be a part of. God is so Good!

What is your favorite season & why?

Fall because I love the reminder that there is beauty in change.  I love seeing all the fall colors, feeling the crisp air yet still feeling the warm sun on your skin and realizing lots of holidays are approaching - which means lots of family time!  It's the most wonderful time of the year!

What is your favorite treat or snack?

Half Baked ice cream by Ben & Jerry's - you just can't go wrong with gobs of brownie & cookie dough swimming in vanilla and chocolate ice cream.

What is your favorite movie?

Currently, my favorite movie is The Shack - I love the way it illustrates the character of God and also how it shows that even in grief or when there are no answers, God is still there, God is still good and God cares about you and what you are facing.

What is your favorite book?

Through The Eyes Of A Lion or Redeeming Love

What is your favorite quote?

Never let it rest, until your good is better and your better is best!
