I was raised Catholic and I wanted a more intimate relationship with Jesus Christ. I began visiting several churches to find a mission or view I supported. One day I read Traveling Light by Max Lucado and Purpose Driven Life and it all became clearer to me. I haven't experienced religion or church in this way (light) before and it was simply beautiful.

What is your favorite season & why?

My favorite season is Fall. It's beautiful and relaxing how everything changes colors and it is just the most beautiful weather.

What or who inspires you most?

A good leader, not a boss. I can't list all the leaders in my life but someone who helps and leads by example and not dictates their views or thoughts to change me. Someone who is compassionate about others and not just their own inner circle of friends or family.

What is your biggest challenge?

Delegating work to others. I have a hard time asking people for help, including my own husband.

What is your idea of a perfect day?

Someplace quiet, on the water or sand, barefoot and my phone far far away.
